Job summaryAbout the RoleThe Continuous Improvement Program Manager (PM) combines expert project management skills with a strong interest in user experience (UX).
The PM helps implement, update, refresh, and improve device packaging and digital products enjoyed by millions.
They are a focused planner and executor with demonstrated achievements in end-to-end program management, internal and cross-functional process intricacies and interdependencies, and workflow improvements.
The PM oversees all aspects of agile, sustaining program management--intake, scheduling, resourcing, and deadline tracking--to facilitate delivery of optimized outputs for our customers, while reducing efforts and resources.
About YouYou're a versatile planner and executer, able to zoom in and out to all levels of a project to unblock teammates, help prioritize their work, and proactively propose process improvements that encourage operational efficiencies.
You are collaborative, taking initiative to lead and facilitate seamless cross-function coordination throughout both the planning and development lifecycles.
You have a growth mindset, driving tangible change to deliver programs that support ongoing optimization in a scale-up environment.
Key job responsibilitieso Manage intake, scheduling, resourcing, oversight and reporting for external requests to existing programso Run weekly or daily program status meetings that help unblock and drive teammates towards project completiono Promote effective outcomes and action plans by helping flesh out proposed ideas with Agile user statements that brief the team with clarityo Help write and maintain documentation of processes that promote clarity amongst the team and onboard new team members efficientlyo Report overall statuses to management in the form of reports (some of which are or can be automated) that are used in weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews o Review and track internal key performance indicators (KPIs) that help management gauge operations effectiveness and efficiency, and how well we serve our customersA day in the lifeYou'll partner with our team of highly productive and collaborative designers, product and program managers, content designers, writers, and engineers to enable continuous improvements for user-centered and sustainable products.
